Accommodations for rent by the week, month or for extended stays are three (3) fully furnished, air-conditioned efficiency apartments, each with a private bath.

The studio apartments feature ceramic tile floors and counters and 12-ft vaulted ceilings. Each apartment includes a fully furnished bedroom/ living/dining area, kitchenette, private tiled bath with full-sized shower, and a small, private patio.

Kitchenettes include apartment sized refrigerator, stove, wood-trimmed kitchen wall cabinets, tile counters, storage for pots, pans, dishes and flatware. Units have a microwave and/or broiler/oven, toaster, coffeemaker and other amenities. For dining there is a breakfast bar with bar stools and a café table w/ two chairs.

Our gated, fenced property offers comfort, convenience and security. We are located in Surfside Estates, a nice neighborhood of predominately US and Canadian full and part-time residents. Our property features remote controlled electric driveway gate; keyed pedestrian gate; motion-sensor lighting, key-in/key-out door security; wrought iron security doors/windows; and door viewers.
