The house is located in Guanacaste between Coyote and Islita. Next beaches are Playa Bejuco, Corozalito and Playa San Miguel. 1 hour to the larger Cities Carmona and Jicaral  and Samara.

 

Two Apartments, each one has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and a room safe; the other one with two single beds. Between them is the bathroom with a hot water shower, hair dryer, etc. The living-room has A/C, satellite TV, next to it a fully equipped kitchen with a big refrigerator, oven and a breakfast bar. In front of the apartments, you will find a cozy sitting area next to the swimming-pools and the BBQ area with lounging chairs and sun chairs, outside shower and toilet. From here, you can see the Pacific Ocean and witness amazing sunsets. Ideal for Family vacation, we offer baby crib, phone and swing.

Up the spiral staircase, you will find the newly redecorated living room, completely refurnished kitchen with granite counter tops, new cabinets and tile floor w/large table & 8 chairs, all with a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bath, the two additional bedrooms have a queen-size bed and share a full bath.
