We are here to help expats from throughout the world living here in Costa Rica find what they need and sell what they don’t need! We opened our site at the start of July 2009 so we are very new yet also very excited to work on fulfiling our plans of becoming Costa Ricas premier classifieds site.

Over the coming months we have a great deal of advertising planned which will help to drive both poster and reader traffic and help you sell or buy within a spam free and on-topic site.

Click on the blue “Click Here to Post Ad!” button top right of each page to post your free ad and then browse through our categories listed above the ads on each page.

There are no fees to post a classified advertisement and it will always be 100% free however just because we are free does not mean lower quality! Unlike many other classifieds sites, we are closely moderated – by you our users through our flag system (on every ad page) and in addition our staff who keep a close watch on all ads posted.

In addition to ensuring that all ads are placed within the correct categories, our staff ensure that all ads are referring directly to an item or items within Costa Rica and that all Real Estate ads have a picture attached that is of the actual property listed.

We have 3 very simple rules that must be followed when placing an ad – these are to ensure we reach our goal of becoming Costa Rica’s No.1 Classified Ad’s site with regards to quality first and secondly the quantity and variety of ad’s.

All ads must relate to a product or service that is here in Costa Rica.

All Real Estate ads MUST have a picture attached.

All Small Business ads MUST be located in Costa Rica and offering services that the expat community can utilise.

If the above are not followed, then the ad will be deleted by our staff and the posters ability to continue posting ads may be affected.
